"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from your insurance broker. I have been a customer for almost three years, and I believed that I was a valued customer. However, I recently discovered that my policy was cancelled without proper notification. I had until May 8th to reinstate my policy, but I was never contacted by the office to inform me of this deadline. It appears that the office was not interested in notifying me of the cancellation, perhaps in an effort to earn more money from me. I feel that this is an unethical business practice and that it is unfair to treat a loyal customer in this way. When I spoke with Tina Evans over the phone, she was unsympathetic to my situation and refused to take any responsibility for the cancellation of my policy. Instead, she offered me a new policy at a rate that was three times more expensive than what I was previously paying. This is unacceptable, and I feel that it is a clear attempt to take advantage of my situation. I have spoken with customer service agents who suggested that I escalate the case and have it reviewed. However, I am extremely disappointed that I have had to go to such lengths to try to resolve this issue. As a loyal customer, I believe that I deserve to be treated with respect and fairness, and I feel that this has not been the case in my recent interactions with your company. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take the appropriate actions to rectify the situation. "A shining star in insurance! I was looking for State Farm agency, and I just happen to pick the one closest to my house. Talk about luck! I was expecting an associate to answer the phone, but was almost shocked that it was Tina herself. She is extremely knowledgeable about every kind of insurance, she’s not pushy, she is as kind as can be, and understanding, a good listener and I was really quite impressed by her. I would go as far as to say that she’s worth any extra money that it might cost you, however it won’t. The prices are extremely reasonable coming from Allstate, and the customer service was absolutely unbeatable. To me that has a lot of value! More than $5-10 a month now when I have called she treats me like she’s known me for 10 years. When your fact we’ve never met.
